A HUGE Thank You goes out to the following local businesses for their contributions to our program this school year! We are so grateful for your assistance and your support!
Dairy Queen - donated 100 Free Blizzard coupons to be given out as prizes throughout the year for our monthly prize drawing when students bring back the bottom of their monthly newsletter slip and get entered in our drawing.
The following local businesses all donated items to support our Family Literacy Night event in January during which families learned at least 4 new activities to do at home to help their children become even better readers.
* WinCo - donated $100 towards purchasing pizza for families to enjoy after they went to their Literacy Stations
* Albertsons - donated the plates, cups, and napkins for the pizza meal
* Fiesta Foods - donated 600 cookies to go with the pizza meal
* Red Apple Market - donated money that was used to purchase soda and water for the pizza meal
* Yoke's Fresh Market- donated money that was used to purchase soda for the pizza meal
If you have a chance to support these local businesses or thank them for their support, please do so! It is always so nice seeing a community all working together for the needs of our children! These businesses all showed their caring spirit through their donations! Thank you again!
