Hello! My name is Serapia Pulgarin, and I am the WSU GEAR UP Site Manager at River View High School. I am the oldest of 7 girls and I am a first-generation student. I graduated from WSU with my Bachelor’s in psychology. I have been working with WSU GEAR UP for about 5 years in various roles starting off as a tutor in math, a student achievement specialist, and now as a site manager. I am working with sophomores and juniors this year in academics, advising, tutoring, scholarships, and anything else they need help with to be successful in high school and beyond. I will be with the class of 2023 and class of 2024 until they graduate, and I am excited to be able to see them walk the stage and get their diploma. If you have any questions I can be reached by email at: [email protected] Monday through Friday from 7:30am-4:00pm. If you want to visit me on school campus you can find my office at River View High School in the library.
