At Finley School District, the safety and well-being of our students and staff are our highest priorities. We take proactive steps to create a secure learning environment and want to assure you that safety remains at the forefront of everything we do.
Regular Safety Drills and Precautions - Each month, we conduct a variety of safety drills to ensure everyone is prepared in case of an emergency. These drills include evacuation, fire, critical and non-critical lockdowns, shelter-in-place, and bus evacuation drills. This month, bus evacuation drills took place during September.
Collaborative Partnerships - Our district works closely with the Benton County Sheriff's Office and Benton County Fire District to enhance our safety measures. Additionally, our full-time School Resource Officer visits each school regularly to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
A Shared Responsibility - Keeping our schools safe is a team effort. We encourage all students, staff, and families to stay vigilant. If you see anything unusual or suspicious, please do not hesitate to inform school officials immediately. Remember, if you see something, say something—together, we can help keep our community safe.
Thank you for your ongoing support in ensuring a safe and productive school year for everyone.
