Can You Be A Career & Technical Education Completer?

You may be asking yourself, “Why should I be a CTE Completer?”  The answer is very simple…it is one more achievement that you can put on your college scholarships and entrance applications, resumes, etc…  It will help set you apart and see that you are willing to go above and beyond what is the normal.

A special medallion and certificate are award to those seniors at graduation for their outstanding efforts in the Career & Technical Education (CTE) area.  Students must meet a criteria of: 1) Taken Ag Science (Freshman Science), 2) Taken Health (only with Mrs. Ward), 3) Taken Digital Communications 4) Taken 6 semesters of CTE classes beyond Ag science, Health, and Digital Communications 5) Completed the Leadership Component required in each class, and 6) Pass each CTE class with a 2.5 GPA or above.

The CTE classes are taught by Mrs. Ward, Mrs. Yochum, Mr. Holman and Mrs. Montgomery.  If you are interested in becoming a CTE completer, see one of those teachers for more details.
