SPECIAL BOARD MEETING OF DIRECTORS – January 22, 2007

MEETING CALLED TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order by Chair, Scott F. Conley at 6:05 pm in the Finley School District Board Room. Other members present were Larry Ayre, Ken Cox and Carol Sonderland. Pete Buck was absent, but provided information to Mr. Conley.

Those in attendance were Steve Williamson, Steve and Terri McGaughey, Patti Grow, Dan and Brandi Cook, Rod Bryson and John Doran.

FLAG SALUTE

The flag salute was led by Ken Cox.

AUDIENCE HEARING

Stephen McGaughey, Patti Grow, John Doran and Dan Cook shared their views regarding the current policies related to academic eligibility for extracurricular activities.

After each board member shared their viewpoint, it was decided that the Superintendent would handle Academic Eligibility for Extra Curriculum Activities.

ADJOURNMENT

Chair Scott F. Conley adjourned the meeting at 6:31 pm.
