The meeting was called to order by Chair, Scott F. Conley at 6:00 pm in the Finley School District Board Room. Other members present were Larry Ayre, Ken Cox and Carol Sonderland. Pete Buck arrived late.

The board reviewed Policy Governance and the Ends.
