Principal's Message
I hope your summer break was enjoyable and that students are ready for an exciting year at River View High School. My name is Lance Hahn and it is my pleasure to take over the principal position at RVHS. I look forward to meeting the students, parents and various community members throughout the school year and together carry on the high academic standards and close relationships that the Finley community has developed over the years. This has been a busy summer for many staff members as they attended conferences for Advanced Placement as well as AVID training. This information will be presented to fellow staff members during staff development days scheduled each week on Wednesday afternoons.  In order to promote a cohesive learning environment, improve instruction and improve student learning, students will be dismissed two hours early on Wednesdays so that teachers and administration can use this time for teaming and collaboration, as well as focused professional in-service training. This is crucial for educational growth at both the district and building levels. This is going to be a great year! GO PANTHERS!
